Patrick Boden

Patrick Boden is the founder of ICL, Ltd. and visionary creator of Badongo.com. Mr. Boden, a native of Luxembourg, is a self taught software engineer and expert in open-source software systems. For the last 15 years, Mr. Boden has applied his considerable technical acumen to the design and deployment of large-scale, high-performance Internet data processing, traffic management and content delivery platforms. In addition to his technical prowess, Mr. Boden is also an accomplished entrepreneur having established and sold a string of successful and profitable companies in Europe and in the U.S. Mr. Boden started and operated one of two Internet Service Providers in Luxembourg more than a decade ago (while in high school), established one of Luxembourg’s first web design, programming & consulting firms, was an early investor and trader in internet domain names in the US and Europe, in addition to many other ventures. Mr. Boden established Badongo.com in late 2005 with a vision to make Badongo the web’s best and most widely-used personal content storage, management and delivery platforms. Today, Badongo is the fastest growing service of its type in the world, serving more than one million unique visitors daily.

Fabrice Grinda

As a business and Internet entrepreneur, Mr. Grinda has successfully transposed and adapted business ideas between the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America.

In March of 2006, Fabrice Grinda co-founded OLX, Inc. with business partner Alec Oxenford, in the hopes of building the largest free local classified site in the world. As co-founder and co-CEO, Mr. Grinda drives the company’s business development, oversees an organization of over 80 employees and negotiates acquisitions with global partners.

Prior to OLX, Mr. Grinda was the founder and CEO of Zingy Inc., which he built into one of the largest wireless media companies in the Americas while successfully closing deals with some of the top wireless providers in the world. Within four years, Mr. Grinda successfully grew the business to $200 million in content sales before selling the business in 2004 for $80 million.

In 1998, Mr. Grinda co-founded Aucland S.A., one of the top three auction sites in Europe. In just over a year, Aucland S.A. launched in five countries and grew to 750,000 registered users.

In addition to these achievements, Mr. Grinda worked as a business consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he conducted financial and economic analysis for large financial institutions. Grinda graduated Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University and was awarded the Halbert White prize, given to the most distinguished economics student, as well as The Wolfe Balleisen memorial prize, awarded for best thesis.

Frank Westerholt

Frank Westerholt is the co-founder of ICL, Ltd. and the person most responsible for Badongo’s explosive growth. In late 2005, Mr. Westerholt and Mr Boden had a vision to create the web’s best and most widely-used personal content storage, management and delivery platforms. Today, Mr. Westerholt’s principal focus at Badongo is product development and traffic growth and as a result of his efforts, Badongo is the fastest growing service of its type in the world. Mr. Westerholt is an expert in all aspects of internet traffic management, a skilled internet software engineering and an accomplished entrepreneur. Mr. Westerholt was a pioneer in the fields of Search Engine Optimization, domain brokering and has created and managed an array of webmaster affiliate programs. For the last 10 years, Mr. Westerholt has applied his considerable business and technical acumen to the design and deployment of advertising-driven Internet portals. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, from 1993 to 1995, Mr. Westerholt worked in the advertising industry in Germany. Mr. Westerholt, a native of Germany, holds degrees in business and computer sciences.
